Friends, Family, Colleagues,
I'm beyond excited to tell you about my upcoming adventure for a great cause. In late September, I will be riding my bike, with the FireFliesWest Cycling Club, from San Francisco to LA. Six days and 630 grueling miles of the most beautiful coastline in the world all in order to raise awareness for “City of Hope”, an amazing foundation for cancer research and treatment.
Cancer has touched all of us in some way. This ride will be in memory of my nephew, Mark Henry Rogers and my uncle Edward Stanley. They were both amazing people, taken too soon, but living in our hearts forever. I also ride for our dear friend, survivor and fighter Cheri Kherli and all those who are still courageously facing the challenges of this diagnosis. Cheri embodies the definition of “fighter” and we love and support her and are reminded how important it is to take action now.
To help City of Hope continue its lifesaving efforts, I've set a goal of raising $[15,000]. To reach it, I need your help. Will you consider making a fully tax-deductible donation? Even small donations add up to make a big difference. It's that easy and it's that important.
Thank you so much for your support! You can donate online through my personal fundraising page by clicking on the link below.
Together we are stronger as we fight against cancer.
