I am celebrating my 50th birthday this year and as a City of Hope patient and Breast Cancer Survivor I know that it is because of City of Hope that I celebrate this milestone. I have joined Walk for Hope because I want to make a difference in the fight against women's cancers. More than 300,000 women will be diagnosed with breast or a gynecological cancer this year. More than 21% of those women will die from these diseases. I want to save these women. I want to help City of Hope researchers find cures. I want more women to live longer, healthier lives.

Walk for Hope will take place across the country with one mission ? curing women's cancers. Walk for Hope is more than a fundraising walk ? it is a movement. More than 20,000 women and men will come together this year from coast to coast to raise funds for this movement.
