I have joined Yoga for Hope because yoga can change the lives of patients battling life threatening illnesses. I will do the Yoga for Hope in memory of my dad, Shin and my friends, Britt and Cindy. I think they all would have loved a lil yoga..

At City of Hope, patients are offered gentle restorative Yoga classes that have a profound impact on their quality of life. As quoted by one City of Hope patient, "After chemotherapy, I had a lot of stiffness. Doing this [yoga] class has given me more mobility. I feel more relaxed and able to handle stress better."
