On October 30, 2015, hundreds of yogis, instructors, sponsors, vendors and volunteers united on center field at Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks, for the inaugural Yoga for Hope under the stars – the only public event on centerfield green grass, making for a unique and unforgettable experience.
Join us in November 2016 as we gather once again to help City of Hope fight cancer. Founded in 1913, City of Hope is one of only 45 comprehensive cancer centers in the nation, as designated by the National Cancer Institute and is a world leader in the research and treatment of cancer.
Yoga for Hope benefits the Natural Therapies Cancer Research Program at City of Hope. Natural products have been the source of some of the most effective treatments for cancer and other life-threatening illnesses. City of Hope scientists in the Natural Therapies Cancer Research Program are committed to providing patients and their families with the best possible treatments and quality of life. By working together across disciplines, scientists are discovering cancer-fighting agents from herbs, fruits and vegetables and translating them into powerful, less toxic therapies. Learn more.
People being treated for cancer, HIV/Aids and diabetes count on City of Hope to find cures through innovative research and new therapies. City of Hope is dedicated to healing the whole person and when you participate in Yoga for Hope, you are part of this mission. Thank you to all of our sponsors and participants for your support!
