Pink Patch Project Online Store Shipping and FAQs
All merchandise sold through the Pink Patch Project Online Store, as well as additional cash donations made through the store, benefit City of Hope’s breast cancer research, treatment and educational programs.
All orders placed through the Pink Patch Project Online Store will be shipped via USPS and will be shipped within 3-5 business days after the order is placed to addresses in the US only.
City of Hope does not accept returns on Pink Patch Project merchandise except in the following cases:
- A product you received is defective
- A product you received was damaged during shipping.
If either of the above apply to you, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of placing your order and include the following information in your email:
- Order number (hint: this number is 22 numbers long and separated by dashes)
- Date order was received
- A photo of the defective item
- The best phone number to contact you
We will make every effort to contact you within three business days of your inquiry. If for some reason the damaged or defective item is no longer available, we will replace it with another item of equal or lesser value, or we will refund the cost of that item. You will not be responsible for the shipping cost to replace any damaged or defective items.
